Kids Have Stress Too! (KHST)®

Kids Have Stress Too! (KHST!) was designed and developed by The Psychology Foundation of Canada. This program assists parents with the development of skills to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress in children from preschool through nine years of age. Interactive group sessions provide parents with tools to help their children acquire stress reduction strategies. Effective communication techniques and coping strategies will be explored through a variety of toolbox activities which parents will be able to use in their home environments.
